Once your session has been booked you will receive a confirmation email with your appointment details, including a video link. If this is your first appointment you will receive a registration form. Completing this form will provide your therapist with more information about you and will in turn support them to offer you best more personalised care.

3. The Road to a Better You

Prior to your appointment you will receive a SMS and email appointment reminder. This reminder will contain your appointment details and video link. If you are seeing your therapist online you will be able to access this link anywhere in the world! Your therapist will be able to arrange your next appointment, or you can book yourself in again using our online booking system.
