Counselling Direct is a team of experienced Counsellors, Psychotherapists and Psychological Practitioners who are ready to support you or your organisation remotely or in person. Counselling and Psychotherapy are talking therapies,  suitable for individual adults, couples, families, young people and children.  We are passionate about psychotherapy, and believe strongly in its capacity to help people.
