Our individual therapy sessions last for 50 minutes and they provide a safe, confidential space to explore your thoughts, emotions, and challenges. Whether you’re dealing with anxiety, depression, stress, or navigating life changes, we tailor each session to your unique needs, helping you achieve personal growth and emotional well being. Flexible online sessions make it easy to access support from anywhere.

Couples Therapy

A joint therapy session with an intimate partner and a therapist, often used to address struggles or challenges within the relationship. While commonly for romantic partners, this type of session is also beneficial for friendships, siblings, parent-child relationships, and more. The 60-minute session provides a space for both individuals to openly express their thoughts and feelings, fostering better communication and understanding.

Group Therapy

Group Therapy

Group therapy involves three or more individuals coming together to explore their feelings in a safe,
supportive environment, guided by a therapist. It can also be a more cost-effective option. If you’re
